Terms and Conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Any gift vouchers purchased must be used within 1 year of purchase and are non-refundable
- Gift voucher photoshoots are for a maximum of 6 people
- Photoshoot bookings with a gift voucher are set to a maximum of a 1-hour session
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking slot. The deposit funds will be deducted from your overall payment for the photo shoot
- If, after receiving your booking confirmation, you need to make any changes to your booking, please email (photographybyjennifer23@gmail.com)
- If you wish to cancel an appointment you will forfeit your deposit
- This is to cover the cost of the time booked. However, bookings can be changed free of charge if you give at least 48 hours notice.
- This does not apply to Weddings or events.
- For clients who give me less than 48 hours notice, any changes may be subject to losing your deposit
- If for any reason after receiving your Booking confirmation, you fail to attend your photoshoot appointment, you will forfeit your deposit

- For Mini Sessions the best photos from your session are selected for you by the photographer.
- If you are unhappy with your photo selection and you haven't already downloaded the photos you are able to swap photos were applicable.

- For wedding bookings a deposit is required to confirm your date and full payment must be made 1 week before the event.
- The balance of the photoshoot payments is required to be paid on the day of your photoshoot (Except for weddings and events see terms above)
- All photo shoots will require you to fill out a consent form before any session commences and if not completed the session will not be able to go ahead
- Please notify me if there are medical conditions or physical disabilities that may require support for the photoshoot to run smoothly.
For example sensory discomfort with textures, lighting and anything that may affect the client's experience.
- All photoshoots include the use of props owned by PhotographyByJennifer subject to availability.
